Dear Justin Bieber, now is March 1st, and you are 18 years old now.  Bieber was born March 1st, 1994. 12:56am on Tuesday. St.Jude Hospital in Stratford Ontario , Canada. I’ve had the good fortune to watch you grow, and be proud that I knew I was a Belieber from the beginning. I believe you have grown up with the right ideals, and the right ways of going about things even though you have the fame now. It’s not the point that you have a dream, about being a celebrity, or being a singer, or whatever it is that you dream. 
And i still #believe that you will notice me #someday , even you have almost 18 millions followers=p I'm sure it'll always be up up and up and it's make more difficult to be noticed by you.
